Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NIX, an app that helps adults quit nicotine pouches, operated by AGL Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using NIX, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

NIX is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18.

Not medical advice

NIX provides behavioral coaching and educational content to support quitting nicotine pouches. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Nicotine withdrawal can affect people differently; consult a physician or other qualified provider about any medical concerns, including symptoms you experience while quitting, before making decisions about your health.

Subscriptions

  • NIX Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple account.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings.
  • Use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or its services. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the AI coach or other server features;
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, subscription checks, or other technical protections;
  • Use the service to generate content that is unlawful or that harasses or harms others;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

We may suspend or limit access to server features to protect the service or other users.

AI-generated content

Coaching replies and insights are generated by an AI model. They may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and treat AI responses as supportive suggestions, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

NIX is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGL Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health outcomes, or other losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
